COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

As a visitor to this website, you are not required to provide personal information. This website collects only personal information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by each visitor. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your name, current position, company address, email address, and phone number. As a visitor, you are not required to provide personal information to use this website. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

To properly fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, we may collect, hold, and use your personal identification, contact, employment, and financial data, which may be collected from you personally, either directly or indirectly, through any of the following means:

• Application forms for the financial product or service you wish to purchase;
• In-person interview
• Electronic means
• Phone call(s) from our representatives
• Credit reporting agencies.

iLed may conduct any investigations and take any actions it deems necessary to verify, through any third party, agency, or authority, the accuracy of the information provided to us.

DATA TRANSFERS

iLed may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties when the transfer (i) is provided for by a law or treaty to which the United Mexican States is a party; (ii) is made to parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under the common control of iLed, or to a parent company or any company within the same group that operates under the same internal processes and policies; (iii) is necessary pursuant to a contract entered into or to be entered into in the data subject’s interest by iLed and a third party; (iv) is necessary or legally required to safeguard a public interest, or for the administration of justice; or (v) is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between iLed and the data subject.

ARCO RIGHTS

If you wish to stop receiving information for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, or if you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection regarding your personal data, you may request this at any time by sending an email to privacidad@iled.com.mx

The request must include the following: (i) The data subject’s name and address or other means by which to communicate the response to the request; (ii) Documents proving the data subject’s identity or, if applicable, proof of legal representation; (iii) A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which the data subject seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and (iv) Any other information or documents that facilitate the identification of the personal data. If requesting the correction of personal data, in addition to the aforementioned requirements, the data subject must specify the changes to be made and provide the documents supporting their request.

Once the request is received, iLed will notify you within a maximum of 20 days from the date the request was received of the decision reached, so that, if the request is granted, it may be implemented within 15 days following the date the response is communicated. The aforementioned deadline may be extended once for an equal period in cases where such an extension is justified.
